  of transcendental sound. As the kirtan builds\, the energy swells like a 
 rising wave. Some sit back and let it wash over them\, others dive right i
 n — singing and dancing freely. Time seems to stand still and you feel f
 ully present\, knowing this is exactly where you're meant to be.\n\nWhy we
  share this: For thousands of years\, people have sung these mantras to un
 cover inner peace and fulfillment. The yoga sages call kirtan the easiest
