swirl.events (the "Service") is operated by Everyside Innovations, LLC, a California limited liability company ("we", "us"). This policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

What we collect

• Identity — name and email address you provide when signing in (via emailed magic link), creating an event, or RSVP'ing.
• Phone numbers — collected only when you initiate contact by texting our number, or when you enter your phone in an RSVP form. Used solely to deliver SMS related to events you create or attend.
• Event content — flyers, descriptions, times, and venues you submit. Published events are public on the Service.

How we use it

We use your information to operate the Service: to publish events you submit, to send transactional SMS and email about events you've created or RSVP'd to (confirmations, edits, and cancellations), and to debug and improve the system. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for marketing.

Messaging

SMS frequency varies based on your activity (how often you submit or edit events, and how many events you've RSVP'd to). Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help; reply STOP to opt out at any time. After opting out, you'll stop receiving SMS related to your account.

Your choices

• You can stop SMS by replying STOP.
• You can request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing the address below.
