Program name

swirl.events ("the Service"), operated by Everyside Innovations, LLC (a California limited liability company), is a messaging program for event producers and attendees.

Program description

Producers submit and edit local events via SMS to our number and receive transactional confirmations, edit acknowledgements, and delivery receipts in return. Attendees who RSVP to an event may receive SMS notifications about changes to that specific event. Standard HELP and STOP keywords are honored on every conversation; STOP opts you out of further messages from this program.

Message frequency

Frequency varies based on user activity. A producer who submits one event will typically receive 2–4 messages related to that event. Attendees who RSVP receive a confirmation and any change notices for that event.

Message and data rates

Standard message and data rates may apply. Carrier charges depend on your wireless plan; we don't charge you for messaging.

Opt-out

Reply STOP to any message to opt out of further SMS from this program. To opt back in, reply START, or sign in to swirl.events and reactivate notifications from your dashboard.

Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and not to submit content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or misrepresents an event. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
